Hey there ā Iām so glad you found this.
Iām a woman with ADHD. And like so many of us, Iāve spent years trying to āget it togetherā with the wrong tools ā planners that were too rigid, routines that didnāt stick, and the constant guilt of not being āorganized enough.ā

I would start a planner, fill out the first week, then forget it existed. Or Iād open one and immediately feel overwhelmed by all the rules, charts, and pressure. It felt like planners were designed for people with perfectly linear, neurotypical brains ā not mine.
I wanted a system that didnāt make me feel broken.
I wanted something simple, calming, and flexible ā something that actually helped me focus instead of just reminding me I couldnāt.
So⦠I made one.

This planner was built out of real struggle.
I needed:
- A place to brain dump the constant thoughts
- Gentle structure without shame
- Flexibility for the days I couldnāt keep up
- Tools to help me refocus without judgment
Over time, this became my lifeline. It helped me stay on track, rebuild my routines, and ā most importantly ā feel in control again.
Itās not about being perfect. Itās about progress.
