Hey there — I’m so glad you found this.

I’m a woman with ADHD. And like so many of us, I’ve spent years trying to ā€œget it togetherā€ with the wrong tools — planners that were too rigid, routines that didn’t stick, and the constant guilt of not being ā€œorganized enough.ā€

I would start a planner, fill out the first week, then forget it existed. Or I’d open one and immediately feel overwhelmed by all the rules, charts, and pressure. It felt like planners were designed for people with perfectly linear, neurotypical brains — not mine.


I wanted a system that didn’t make me feel broken.

I wanted something simple, calming, and flexible — something that actually helped me focus instead of just reminding me I couldn’t.


So… I made one.

  • Gentle structure without shame
  • Flexibility for the days I couldn’t keep up
  • Tools to help me refocus without judgment



Over time, this became my lifeline. It helped me stay on track, rebuild my routines, and — most importantly — feel in control again.


It’s not about being perfect. It’s about progress.
